In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, please save little Ainaz from cancer!

Little Ainaz’s mother has reached out to us with a heartfelt plea for help, placing her trust in the mercy of the Almighty and in your kindness. Ainaz is just 2 years old and is currently battling a rare and aggressive form of blood cancer known as juvenile myelomonocytic leukaemia (JMML). This situation is a profound test for the family, but they believe that with your support, the Almighty will grant this little girl a chance for a cure. Please take a moment to read her story and consider helping to save this tiny, defenceless life!

It all began in February 2025. Ainaz had experienced several bouts of erysipelas, prompting her family to consult various doctors. After examinations, the medical professionals concluded that her condition stemmed from a weakened immune system. Her mother followed their recommendations and treated Ainaz with antibiotics, believing wholeheartedly that everything would improve. However, on August 16, 2025, after Ainaz reported feeling unwell, the on-duty infectious diseases specialist observed that her abdomen and lymph nodes were severely swollen. He insisted on conducting urgent tests, marking a pivotal moment that would change both Ainaz's life and her family's forever.

In November 2025, at UMC Hospital in Astana, their daughter received a devastating diagnosis. Treatment began immediately. Aynaz underwent several courses of chemotherapy in Kazakhstan. Her parents had hoped to manage her illness at home, placing their trust in Allah’s will. However, their daughter’s condition continued to worsen: her liver and spleen had enlarged significantly, leading to hepatosplenomegaly, and her abdomen was rapidly swelling. After the chemotherapy sessions, severe side effects emerged. Time was running out!

They had to search for a clinic with a proven track record in treating this condition. Luckily, they discovered the option of treatment in China. A boy named Maksat, who had a similar diagnosis, had previously received treatment through the foundation. The parents reached out to his mother, and her story about how her child managed to go into remission filled them with hope and helped them make their decision. As it is said in the Qur’an: *“Verily, with every hardship comes relief”* (94:5–6).

Since January 7, 2026, the family has been in China, fighting for their daughter’s life and praying for mercy and healing. To date, Aynaz has undergone two courses of FLAG therapy, an intensive chemotherapy regimen for severe forms of leukaemia, as well as a course of plasmapheresis, which is a blood purification procedure. Ahead of her are additional courses of FLAG therapy and plasmapheresis, myeloablative conditioning—a demanding preparation stage for a bone marrow transplant—and finally, the transplant itself.

The girl's condition remains serious, and doctors are closely monitoring her vital signs while continuing her treatment. Over the past few months, they have already spent more than 80 million tenge. Currently, there are insufficient funds to cover even the immediate stages of her treatment. As a result, they have been compelled to launch a fundraising campaign.

“Every day, I pray to the Almighty for just one thing: that my daughter may live. I want her to have a childhood, a future, and the opportunity to simply be by my side. As a mother, I constantly blame myself for having devoted too much time to work in the past and not enough time to my daughter. I thought the most important thing was to provide for our needs, but today I realise that the most precious thing is the time spent with my child.

The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, ‘Whoever eases any hardship for a believer in this world, Allah will ease his burden on the Day of Resurrection.’

I sincerely appeal to all compassionate individuals to support my daughter, Aynaz, as she undergoes this challenging treatment and is given a chance at life. Your assistance can be considered sadaqah, recorded as a good deed before the Almighty. We would be grateful for any help, support, prayers, and for sharing information about our daughter. For our family, this represents invaluable hope. May Allah reward you with goodness in both worlds for your kindness and mercy.” – Aynaz's mother.
May Allah bless you and grant you a reward for helping those in need!
