"I have cancer. It's hard for me to even talk about it. I love this life and don't want it to end at 11 years old. Sometimes I lie in bed, everything hurts, staring at the ceiling. I feel like giving up. Cancer in your bones is like having a thousand fractures in your body. When I get treatment, I feel like my whole body is on fire. The doctors at home said, "Go home. We can't do anything." Did they want me to wait for the cancer to beat me? My only hope is the Israeli clinic. If I don't get this treatment, I have no time left. Please don't pass me by. I don't want to leave my sisters whom I love, my dad and mum," Milana told us about herself.

Of course, we could not pass by the story of 11-year-old Milana, desperate to find support. 10 months of treatment, numerous sessions of chemotherapy, two surgeries, and radiation sessions. When there was no hope for salvation in her home country, the Israeli clinic Sheba responded. Ten months of treatment, numerous courses of chemotherapy, two surgeries, and radiation sessions. The family did not have enough money for the whole course of treatment. Your kind hearts again created a miracle - they came to Mila's aid when she could have lost her life. Milana has a terrible diagnosis - Ewing's sarcoma, a nidus in her spine. It is one of the most aggressive, scariest cancerous tumours that develop rapidly and is difficult to treat. Together we were able to help her complete her treatment at the clinic. Now the girl is receiving dry chemo at home, and each several months she will come to Israel for check-ups. We wish her that the Cancer recedes for good and that there will be a stable remission ahead.

We are very grateful to everyone who helped Milana. We are happy to realise that we are surrounded by those ready to support children in difficult situations!
