Saida has a life-threatening diagnosis, leukaemia. Her body did not respond positively for a long time to the treatment she had been receiving. But through her mother's prayers and the efforts of her doctors, she managed to go into remission last year. Recently Saida needed a laboratory test, which was crucial for the girl's diagnosis. Our foundation and the child's family would like to thank you for responding and helping to pay for it.

Saida was always her mother's joy, an active and caring girl. She helped her mother with housekeeping a lot, cleaning, cooking and caring for her little brother. Now, despite the tragedy she has undergone, she is not withdrawn but wants to help people and dreams of being a doctor. Saida lies on the bed in the hospital almost all day and night, receiving IVs. Rarely does she go out into the corridor. Of course, the greatest wish of the exhausted girl is that everything will change and that one day she will wake up completely healthy.

Saida started getting sick at the beginning of August. She had frequent nosebleeds, then her lips began to bleed, and she had bruises on her legs. Her mother took her daughter to the district health centre, but no tests were taken, and they prescribed medication in the context of her symptoms. Then at night on September 3, 2022, her temperature rose to 39.9, and she could not lower it- She had palpitations - her heart felt like it was bursting out of her chest. On the morning of 4 September, her mother took her daughter to a reception centre in Batken Oblast in Razakov. There they administered an intramuscular injection, and Saida started bleeding rapidly and terribly, and her body was covered in blood.

Saida was admitted to the children's department of the hospital with poor test results: her thrombocytes were low to 90, and her haemoglobin was falling (below 49). She was suffering from abdominal pain, severe nausea and a nosebleed. Doctors couldn't stop the bleeding for a long time, and the girl was referred to a haematologist.

The child was diagnosed with leukaemia at the NCMCW. On 9 September 2022, Saida ended up in the paediatric haematology department with a terrible diagnosis of 64.7% cancer cells. The exact diagnosis was not made right away. The chemotherapy had no effect, and Saida was getting worse and worse. Only after two months, the diagnosis was clarified. Saida was already shocked, and she had haemorrhages in her eyes. There was no hope of survival.

"The treatment was going on, and Saida was getting worse. Her body was not responding. It was very frightening. One day she had already been given a urinary catheter and oxygen. I prayed day and night, asking Allah Almighty not to take my daughter away. Time passed, and Saida went on to improve. It was a miracle. The blasts went down at the end of December 2022, and we went into remission. We are now receiving further courses of chemotherapy. And we believe that all the terrible things will be behind us.

We are eternally grateful for your support!" Saida's mother.
