Rahim has finished his second round of chemotherapy. His blood counts have dropped.

02.04.2025 11:49

The little boy is bravely fighting for his life against cancer, enduring challenging procedures that many adults struggle with. He has a strong desire to live, but the fundraising efforts are still far from reaching their goal.

Currently, he is in a hotel, recovering from his second round of high-dose chemotherapy. His mum administers immune-stimulating injections to him every day. His body is weakened, making him vulnerable to infections, which pose a significant risk.

We mustn't interrupt his treatment, as cancer will not wait, and it is a relentless foe. We need your support!

Now that Rahim has completed his second course of chemotherapy, his blood counts have once again dropped dramatically. Fortunately, the doctors were able to provide him with a transfusion. They are also concerned about the condition of his liver and have prescribed special medication to help maintain its health.

During the second course of chemotherapy, Rahim's hair began to fall out, and we had to shave it off. Additionally, the condition of his teeth has deteriorated significantly; they are badly damaged, and now we need to have them treated by a dentist. We have an appointment scheduled for April 12. The preliminary cost of treatment has been estimated at $2,300. This amount covers the subtraction of irreparably damaged teeth and the treatment of those that can still be saved. We were shocked by such a high price,” says Rahim's mother.

We are currently awaiting the results of the MOB analysis. These results will help the doctors create a further treatment plan. However, this treatment comes at a cost. As harsh as it may seem, cancer demands a price for a child's life.

Only by coming together and uniting can we fight against this deadly disease!
