Smiling Abdurahim has been struck by cancer! We need help to save the cancer baby!

Dear friends,

Another family's life has been divided into "BEFORE" and "AFTER" since the parents learned that their beloved son, Abdurahim, has cancer. The first round of treatment failed to eliminate this dangerous disease. Unfortunately, in our country, there is no equipment available for high-dose chemotherapy, and bone marrow transplantation is not practiced for the treatment of leukemia. The doctors have advised that the best option is to continue Abdurahim's therapy in Turkey.

Every day he spends at home brings him further from the possibility of recovery, moving him closer to a point beyond which nothing can help him.

The little boy is only 5 years old and was on his way to some of his most exciting discoveries in life. He was happily attending kindergarten and enjoying every moment. However, everything changed when a sudden illness struck, and he didn’t have time to understand what was happening.

It all started with a high fever, prompting his parents to rush him to the clinic. The doctor prescribed antibiotics, but despite this treatment and other medications, there was no improvement. Only then did the doctors conduct a general blood test, which revealed a severe inflammatory process in the child's body.

Abdurahim's parents found out that their son had cancer just one hour after he underwent a procedure in the oncology department of the National Centre for Maternal and Child Health. The procedure revealed that he had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This moment marked the beginning of a challenging journey that many parents of children with cancer speak about. The doctors did not provide a prognosis. Instead, they immediately started a chemotherapy protocol that lasted for 40 days. Abdurahim's tests were conducted on days 8, 12, 22, and 33. The blast cells began to decrease only in the third week of treatment.

However, the MOB analysis conducted on day 33 revealed that the percentage of cancer cells was alarmingly high at 0.121%. This indicated that the insidious disease had not subsided.

The boy was allowed to go home for 14 days, but his treatment was far from complete. Furthermore, the experienced doctor strongly recommended that he begin a new course of chemotherapy to provide the necessary dosage to suppress the cancer cells. The doctor mentioned that this could be done at a clinic in Turkey, where Abdourahim would need to undergo a bone marrow transplant (BMT) using an international donor bank.

The cost of this treatment is beyond Abdurahim's family's means. Therefore, his parents plead for help from everyone who knows their child's story.

Abdurahim is an incredibly cheerful, intelligent, and clever boy. In any group, he quickly becomes a favorite and is surrounded by attention. This wonderful little boy wishes to live and enjoy each day as he did before his unfortunate illness. Now, he is counting the days until his new course of treatment. He spends this time at home, uncertain about his future. Meanwhile, his mother is anxiously moving about the house, unable to find peace. She constantly packs things and checks updates on fundraising efforts for her son's treatment. With each passing week, the gap between Abdurahim's potential salvation and the troubling possibilities his parents are trying not to think about widens. Only the will of the Almighty can save their son's life now!

This salvation can only be achieved through the efforts of people living alongside the boy's family on the same planet. Help make this rescue a reality! Save Abdurahim's life! He needs time for treatment and surgery at a clinic in Turkey.
