This is the story of five-year-old Salia, who dreams of LIVING. Insidious CANCER is destroying this little girl. Please help!

When you see Salia, you might not realise that she is seriously ill. She is a little girl with a kind smile, holding a soft bunny in her arms. Salia loves watching the cartoon “Masha and the Bear,” drawing with markers, sculpting with plasticine, and playing with dolls alongside her sister, Saida. However, beneath her fragile appearance lies a significant struggle—a fight for her right to live.

Stage 4 cancer is severely affecting Salia every day. There is no time for a lengthy fundraising campaign; the little girl needs urgent help now. Please assist!

A few months ago, the Mayrambekov family's life was completely changed. Salia began experiencing stomach pain and became increasingly weak. After undergoing examinations, lab tests, and multiple hospital visits, they received a devastating diagnosis: stage 4 retroperitoneal neuroblastoma. Unfortunately, the cancer had already spread to her bones, bone marrow, and lymph nodes.

“It was fear, shock, and helplessness. But we realised we had to fight for her,” her parents say.

Saliya has already gone through several rounds of chemotherapy in Bishkek. Despite the IVs and the pain, she continues to hold on like a true fighter. She smiles, dreams, and eagerly waits to return home to her brothers and sister. However, the standard treatment available in Kyrgyzstan is not enough. As a result, Saliya was urgently taken to Turkey for further treatment. Ahead of her are new tests and a treatment plan that will require significant financial resources. Preliminary information indicates that she will undergo chemotherapy, a bone marrow transplant, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. A more detailed protocol will be available after a thorough examination. The clinic has considerable experience in treating such cases, but the therapies are quite expensive.

“We are fighting for our Saliya, our star. She deserves a childhood, an education, and dreams. She deserves to live. Please help us save her,” pleads Bakhiyana, Saliya's mother, with tears in her eyes.

Saliushka hugs her soft bunny and quietly sings a lullaby to him. Her voice is barely audible; after chemotherapy, she often lacks the energy to speak. Despite this, she still smiles. She loves it when her mother reads fairy tales to her. Saliushka enjoys watching cartoons and modelling dolls out of plasticine.

Salya is a girl with big, kind eyes that are full of hope. She is unaware that a difficult battle is taking place inside her body. All she wants is to go home, play with her little sister, feed her cat, Bagira, and enjoy her favourite food. Her only dream is to be with her family and not to feel any pain. This can be achieved if we do not remain indifferent. It’s our tradition not to ignore those in misfortune. We always come together when help is needed, especially when children are suffering. Every child is someone's joy, someone's treasure. We believe that when many kind hearts unite, miracles happen.

Saliya is a little girl whose life now depends on the support of others. She should not have to fight alone, and her family should not have to face their misfortune by themselves. Please help us save Saliya.

Every contribution matters, whether big or small. Lend a helping hand and support her with kind words. May your generosity be returned to you twofold. Saliya must live, and she can with your help!
