We have published brochures for parents of children with cancer

The Sun of Hope Foundation keeps supporting the National Center for Maternity and Childhood Protection. We believe that together we can save more children and help parents in difficult times when they must change their lives completely.

During a visit to our wards - patients of the pediatric oncology department of the National Center - the head of the department, Aikanysh Bolotivna, mentioned they needed information brochures.

We have published a new edition of information brochures for children with cancer.

"Parents facing adversity are lost and do not know how to properly react, behave, organize their child's life and nutrition to help him cope with the disease - they have many questions. That's when it's good to have a guide on how to act. "What to feed a child during polychemotherapy?", "What measures to take in case of fever?", "How to help with a nosebleed?" - The spectrum of questions is wide, and it is not always convenient to search for information on the Internet every time, and the information may differ from each other, and in some cases, it does not correspond to reality at all. On the occasion of World Cancer Day, we decided to publish such brochures and distribute them to the pediatric oncology community. We are sure that they will be useful for parents of young patients who are in trouble. May all children be healthy and never face a terrible disease!" Shared with us Dina Makarenko, Director of Sun of Hope Public Foundation.

One of the most important areas of our activity is the support of medical institutions where seriously ill children are treated. As part of the project "Smile at the Sun", we are expanding cooperation with our clinics and trying to provide comprehensive support to our little protégés so that their childhood continues despite the disease and they feel the care of adults!
