The chemotherapy was cancelled last week because of very low blood counts. We were all concerned that cancer cells might start to grow because of this. Every day of the girl's life went by on edge. She was dripped with red blood cells and platelets. Doctors again managed to stabilise Jami's condition and connected the third chemotherapy.
"As always, this procedure has not been easy for my girl. Jami was pretty sick for two days. Now she is a little better, and at least she can sleep. We will take the next tests on the 23rd of August. I hope it won't be low. I am very anxious that stopping the chemo is dangerous, and the number of cancer cells may grow again. I am also scared that we can stop the treatment because of lack of money at any moment. Please help us." - Jamilya's mum begs for help.
Jamilya has no energy and mood. She understands that she will not have a joyful 1st September this year. The girl lacks positive news, so her mother decides to bring Jamilya to the sea if the attending doctor allows it. Jami is looking forward to the trip, which will somehow brighten up her everyday life.
It is scary when cancer comes at such a young age. Not every adult can endure the suffering that little Jamilya has to undergo daily. But the worst thing is not even in this, but in the fact that the girl can lose her life before she gets help. She may be denied treatment anytime, and her mum has nothing to pay the clinic bills. Please help Jami to undergo treatment to the end and defeat the insidious disease!
With great joy and gratitude, we are pleased to announce that the fundraising campaign for our little hero Aslan is now closed.
