Small and fragile, Ayazhan clutches her mum's hand tightly and endures the pain with all her might. She has been fighting osteosarcoma for more than a year.
Last spring, her leg suddenly became painful. The tests revealed a tumour. A fracture worsened the situation. In her home country, they had already started to talk about amputation of the leg. Still, even if this surgery could not done in the shortest possible time, they suggested signing up for a quota. Ayazhan's condition worsened every day. Her parents had to take out their daughter for treatment in South Korea, where they have successful experience in healing osteosarcoma. But their money was only enough to start the treatment.
Help Ayazhan to survive! There is no money to pay for life-saving treatment. Aggressive cancer!
At Severance Clinic, Ayazhan urgently started chemotherapy. After several courses, the girl underwent surgery to remove the tumour and replace part of her femur. The treatment helps, and little Ayazhan has hope for salvation, but there is an insurmountable obstacle - her parents have no money to pay the clinic bills.
Ayazhan needs four more courses of chemotherapy. Osteosarcoma is too aggressive, and without treatment, there is no chance of salvation. Recurrence in this type of cancer does not leave even a 10% chance of cure. There's no right to make a mistake or delay.
Little Ayazhan does not give up. She draws, writes poems and supports other children who are desperate and have lost hope. She is ready to share her warmth with the whole world. But now Ayazhan is in great need of support herself. The clinic asks to pay for the treatment shortly.
We ask you to help Ayazhan to overcome the disease and return home.
