In 2024, kidney cancer returned to the life of a then 5-year-old boy. Just think about that—a recurrence of cancer at such a young age. Daniel, with incredible strength, faced this devastating challenge head-on. Despite his youth, he understands the names of the procedures and what lies ahead. He is ready to endure everything necessary to live, hoping to spare his mother and grandmother from tears.

 In his homeland, doctors were reluctant to operate on Daniel. Now, Turkish doctors are fighting for his life, but the treatment is very costly. Without a father, the heavy financial burden falls on two fragile yet loving women: his mother and grandmother. They love Daniel deeply and every day pray to the Almighty for help in healing him.

Dear Father Frost,

My name is Daniel, and I just turned 6 years old. I haven’t learned to write yet, so my mom is writing this for me. I wish you a Happy New Year and hope you are always healthy and happy. 

I kindly ask you to bring gifts to all the children and fulfil their dreams, as this is my dream too. I don’t need anything for myself, except for my recovery. I am satisfied with everything I have because my mom and grandmother have worked hard for me.
