Agathe was three years old when she got cancer, and seven long months of heavy chemotherapy helped her to achieve remission. But two months later, the deadly cancer returned. RECURRENCE happened! They could not offer any treatment in her homeland. They could not even find any painkillers. Multiple lesions! Everything was very dark and complicated. The fight for Agatha's life began in Spain, despite the lack of money for treatment.
"The treatment Agathe is receiving now is working and working: immunotherapy, chemo, rays, but there's a huge wall in front of us... There is not enough money for the treatment. And if we stop, all my little girl's agony and suffering will be for nothing. Every night, Agathe sobs on her mother's shoulder and tells her how scared she is and how much she wants to go home, but she knows, she will have to endure it if she wants to live. Now her days are spent waiting to see whether the next morning will come or her life will end before help arrives. The girl's fate is in the hands of kind people. The results of her latest examination have just come back. Ayazhan's mum and dad are deeply worried about the uncertainty, but they are trying to keep the frightening thoughts at bay.

The tumour that was causing her severe headaches has reduced slightly after the chemo. That has cheered us up, at least a little. Generally speaking, she is feeling a bit better. The doctors say we will need more radiotherapy.

Unfortunately, they still do not have the funds to pay for a bone marrow transplant. To suppress the growth of cancer cells, doctors have had to prescribe Zhanna endless courses of chemotherapy. However, this is a highly toxic treatment, and her small, weakened body cannot withstand such harsh measures. The results of her tests showed that the shock doses of chemotherapy have greatly enlarged the little girl's liver.
