The girl is not eating at all. The clinic has postponed the date of her complete check-up. And that's why mum is very worried about it.
In September, Agathe has to undergo examinations: puncture, MIBG-scanning, and blood tests. Her mother prays that everything goes according to plan and that we raise the necessary funds to continue the treatment.
Mum's news:
"Our brave warrior got a tummy ache out of the blue, and it got so bad that Agathe even cried, which happens very rarely. Lately, she has had frequent and quick mood swings. She still eats very poorly, so we had to ask for help from a nutritionist.
Agathe heard very clearly what the doctor prescribed and tried to follow the instructions. The diet for our brave warrior is as follows:
- Dried fruit for breakfast and preferably dried banana, milk diluted with nutrition.
- During the day, she should eat peanut butter with bread sticks or toast, fish, of course, at least a little meat, legumes (especially corn), thick yogurt, cheese, vegetables- potatoes and of course broccoli, and for sweet- berries and fruit preferably with biscuits.
Agathe is trying her best but can't eat a single bite. My little girl is sick, sad, and still holding on. I hope for help from people who care! Don't leave us!" - Agathe's mum. Agathe survives only on treatment and specialized nutrition. Sometimes, she eats only a piece of cheese or drinks a glass of milk during the day.
Many children around the girl have become angels during the two and a half years of Agathe's treatment, and only a few continue to fight... The mum is desperate for not having enough time, and she realizes that the sums are immense and knows she can’t find them.
