Save Jamilya! Without our help, she will lose her life to cancer

16.08.2023 13:36

10-year-old Jamilya's fragile world is in ruins. A dangerous disease has come and destroyed everything. Rented accommodation, hospital, tears, fear and endless pain that cannot be removed even with painkillers - the girl's reality. Jami is now in Turkey for treatment. In her home country, her case was considered too severe. All doctors agree that they have never seen such a resistant hepatoblastoma in childhood..... Treatment at Medipol Mega Hospitals Group is her last hope for salvation.

Mum and daughter face each day in a foreign country with the hope that they will not be "thrown out" of the hospital. They have nothing to pay for their treatment. Please help Jamilya!

"I think, Jamilya knows about her illness, even more than I think she does. She has matured dramatically over this year, reasoning like an adult. My daughter recently asked me: "If the treatment doesn't work and we don't raise the money, what will we do?" I promised her that we would fight till the last minute. My heart is breaking with pain and hopelessness. I have no money to fight to the end. The fate of my daughter depends on the mercy of people who care. Please help us," says Jamilya's mother.

The disease came to Jami in the spring of 2022. The girl was taken to hospital with suspected appendicitis. An ultrasound revealed a massive tumour. Since then, Jamilya has undergone a complex surgery. They removed 75% of her liver, long chemotherapy, remission, and return of the cancer - metastases have taken over vital organs. The fragile little girl had to fight a battle with a deadly disease again. The outcome of this battle today depends on you and us. If we help, Jami can continue to fight, but if we don't, dangerous cancer will win.

Don't let a deadly disease win. Save Jami's life!
