On the eve of the New Year holidays, Danis fell ill. He suffered from high temperature. Cough and weakness worsened the boy's general condition, and a lump appeared on his forehead. On the 1st of January, Danechka went to hospital. While the world celebrated the coming of 2024, our hero and his mother prayed that the tests and new examinations were the norm. Unfortunately, a multi-spiral CT scan showed that it was metastasis.
"The doctors gathered a tumour board, and the neurosurgeon said that everything is operable, but in the time it will take to recover, the metastasis may appear elsewhere, and we will have to do surgery again. The doctors decided to do high-dose chemo, followed by immunotherapy and radiotherapy of the whole head to attack all the cells at once. We're in the hospital now taking immunotherapy. High-dose chemo has passed, and all analyses are falling, but doctors are monitoring everything and helping Danechka to recover. We appeal to all people who care to help us to pay for our son's treatment. It is the only possibility to save him." - Danis' mum writes.
Danis understands everything and is very upset by the news, so his mum only gets in touch with us from the hospital corridor. She tries to support her son to keep him from despair and to believe in a quick recovery. Neuroblastoma, a highly malignant tumour, aggressively attacked Danis, who was exhausted by the disease. Doctors have had to change treatment tactics again, and the only way there is hope to save the boy. But if we can't come to the rescue in time, the therapy will stop, and cancer will take Danis' life in a matter of days.
Don't leave Danis in trouble. He needs your help!
Currently, Ayazhan is gradually working on developing her knee joint. She has achieved a 60% bend, but at least 90% is needed for effective walking. On Monday, Ayazhan was taken to Astana for chemotherapy. The tests sent to South Korea by her treating doctor have returned satisfactory results.
