There is no greater pain than the pain of a child. And there is no bigger challenge than watching your child suffer. Children have a remarkable ability to endure suffering with patience without blaming or judging anyone. It is us adults who often question why, what for, and who is responsible.
In Akhmet's story, the cancer was stronger... The baby spent his last days next to his mum Nurzat. She will no longer feel his touch, his embrace, his smell. The loving eyes of her son closed forever. But Akhmet will continue to live in our hearts and, of course, in the hearts of his relatives and friends.

In message of Daniel's mother, she struggles to hold back her tears as she appeals to everyone who cares. Her only child, who relies solely on his beloved mother and grandmother, has faced unimaginable hardships from a young age. At just three years old, Daniel was diagnosed with a severe form of cancer that has robbed him of his childhood.

Aliya has been in the hospital for four days and has started receiving high-dose chemotherapy. Both she and her mother are aware of what to expect and are filled with anxiety about the upcoming challenges: nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, mood swings, and swelling in her face, eyes, and legs. Aliya will likely experience all of these side effects.
