We wrote last week that Jamilya's condition had worsened. Doctors conducted additional examinations. The results showed that the chemotherapy did not help. The doctors decided to carry out immunotherapy. The blood counts turned out to be quite normal. That is why Jamilya has already started the first course of immunotherapy in the ACIBADEM clinic (Istanbul, Turkey).
Friends, Jamilya has a complicated case. The standard treatment has failed. Doctors admit that they have never seen such a resistant hepatoblastoma in children. But there's still a chance of survival. We are asking you to help the girl. The cancer is tearing her apart, and without treatment, she won't last much longer.
"Help me, please. I am tormented by liver cancer. I'm in a lot of pain. I am not your child, but I need your help! The drips make me sick. The injections leave bruises. I'm in so much hurt, it makes my tears flow. I'd give anything to go home healthy! The cancer is beating me. I have no strength at all. Sometimes, I can't even take 15 steps. I want to breathe, go home, wake up and have no pain. But the dark days don't want to go away," Jamilya cries and begs her to save her.
It hurts that Jamilya faced terrible pain at such a young age. She cannot eat, she has lost weight from 40kg to 25kg. She has no strength even to walk. The girl's future is in our hands - whether she can take advantage of her last chance to save herself or not.
