We encourage you to join us in this race against time! Save little Aylin's life! Cancer won't wait, and we must make it!
"I don't know what this is for my little girl. She's suffering so much! I don't understand...why... I'm asking for your help! I can't cure my daughter on my own. I don't have the money. I can't work anymore. And I can't even pay enough attention to my three children, who are holding on by themselves, believing and waiting for me and Aylin from hospitals. We pray for your support and for this terrible disease to spare my poor little girl!". Akgul, Aylin's mum.
Mum has no money to pay for her daughter's treatment. Help Aylin to survive!
Before her illness, Aylin lived a normal pleasant life, and even went to a kindergarten for a little while, and everything was fine. The little girl was so excited about the new things in her life, and her mum had just started working. But a week after entering the kindergarten she fell ill. The family decided that it was an ordinary cold. In the morning, the girl had a fever and swollen eyes. And when the colour of the urine became red, the mother was frightened. She took her daughter to the hospital to take tests. After receiving the results, they were sent to the children's oncology department at the haematology centre in Bishkek.
Under anaesthesia, they took a bone marrow test for Leukemia. Further events developed as in a terrible dream ...
Aylin has an unusual course of the disease:
- Intolerance to Asparaginase, an Indian-made medication provided free of charge. Asparaginase from another manufacturer is required;
- doctors recommend to include in the treatment the anticancer medicines "Daunorubicin", which is not available in the hospital at the moment;
- the girl needs a private MRI and MRD.
Never postpone for tomorrow what you can do today! Every minute counts! Join us now and do your part in Aylin's life!
Currently, Ayazhan is gradually working on developing her knee joint. She has achieved a 60% bend, but at least 90% is needed for effective walking. On Monday, Ayazhan was taken to Astana for chemotherapy. The tests sent to South Korea by her treating doctor have returned satisfactory results.
