A boy with cerebral palsy (CP) whose inspiring story embodies struggle and hope.

Throughout his rehabilitation journey, Imran has made remarkable progress. He has gained confidence in holding a spoon, has started to walk independently, and is beginning to speak. These achievements are the result of his mother's unwavering dedication and persistent search for the best specialists and treatment methods for her son.

Recently, Aziza applied to our foundation for assistance in purchasing a verticaliser for Imran. A verticaliser is an essential tool for children with cerebral palsy. This device allows the child to be positioned upright, which is crucial for the development of muscles and the skeletal system, as well as for enhancing motor skills and balance. Importantly, with this device, Imran will be able to work on regaining his health in a comfortable and safe environment.

Finally, the long-awaited parcel containing the verticalizer arrived at the foundation. We brought a gift for Imran and his mother. The little master of the house immediately invited us to take a seat and introduced us to his favourite pet—a cute kitten. While Imran showed us his toy car, his mother, Aziza, shared her plans for Imran's continued treatment.

After the New Year, Imran will undergo eye surgery to correct his strabismus. This is an important step toward restoring his vision and significantly improving his quality of life. In the future, spinal surgery is planned, which will take place in Turkey. Imran's mother sincerely hopes that these procedures will help him become more confident in his movements and possibly allow him to attend a special kindergarten for children with similar needs. Imran is set to start school soon, and it is essential for him to be able to sit at a desk like all the other children, giving him the opportunity to develop in an equal environment. Aziza expresses her gratitude to everyone who supports her family and helps make her son's dreams a reality.

Our Foundation is proud to be part of the lives of wonderful children like Imran. Thanks to our collective efforts, we can help him make progress and achieve new milestones and discoveries.
